Happy 39th Birthday, Daddy!!

This Daddy sure makes our world go round!!!

I had to get a picture of Kimball's gift to Lance. In his hands are 2 flaming hot cheetos, 1 Werthers caramel, a half eaten mini Twix bar, and a few sips left of a Dr. Pepper Slushy. These are all of Kimball's favorite treats and instead of devouring them all by himself, he wanted his Dad to share in his joy. So he saved a small part of each treat from various times in the week leading up to Lance's birthday, carefully preserving them in a bag to save for Dad's special day. I was touched by this gentle act of pure love. 

I hope today we can all preserve something we dearly love to share that joy with someone else.
