Spring Time!.....continued

Happy 14 year anniversary to us!! Lance surprised me with tickets to see CARRIE UNDERWOOD!!! She was amazing. Flat out amazing.

The last 6 weeks of school I've been taking Cora to her kindergarten school to get acclimated. I know with all new people and new surroundings that starting school in the fall will be a big challenge for her. We've toured the school several times, looked in at classrooms, ate lunch at the cafeteria, and the very last day we got to meet her teacher early and play in her classroom. We're as ready as we'll ever be!
Cora's last day of dance and her recital. She wouldn't dance with the other kids and you can tell by the look on her face she certainly didn't want a group photo either. But dance class was great for physical therapy and social skills.
Turkeys in the back yard and a few days later the same Mama turkey with her 10-12 little chicks (hard to see).

This poor little guy slipped in the bath tub and nailed his cheek on the tub faucet. First black eye for him

 Time for chores

Ezra always stops to smell the flowers on our walks. Please don't ever grow up, my best little guy.

Spring Time!.....continued

Fun with Roe's and Ramos'.
Kimball kept asking to do a lemonade stand and this particular weekend our street was having a yard sale. I knew if I was going to do one at all that this weekend would be great timing. I made raspberry lemonade, M&M cookies, and scotcharoos for the kids to sell. We made some signs and waited for people to come. I was secretly hoping that the kids would make at least $2, I didn't want their little hearts crushed. But the joke was on me - they made $52!!!

 Really, mom?
 Little squirt

Happy 2nd birthday to this fun little guy!!! I made a worm and dirt cake for him and we had a small celebration as a family. He keeps up with the older two just fine and makes everyone laugh. He loves snuggles and Mama but loves his stuffed sloth most of all. Happy birthday little buddy, we sure love you!

Cora had her 7th surgery on May 14. She had a Sinuplasty, and tonsils and adenoids removed. I was lucky enough to have mom come to town to help me as the doctor and various experienced moms voiced how this "recovery is brutal, hopefully she won't end up back in the ER, gear up for two weeks of hell" time of recovery. Cora did amazingly well! The next day she was eating and drinking normally, riding her bike, and never skipped a beat. I was so shocked and relieved, well done brave girl!

 BEST. GRANDMA. EVER.

Lance had a barbershop concert followed by competition and harmony college the next month. It's been a few busy barbershop months. His chorus came in 2nd place!

Spring Time!

***I'm getting so far behind on journaling I'm going to have to start grouping everything together by season. Actually, it's my phone - I'm having difficulties with retrieving the photos.

For spring break this year we went home to Twin Falls for 9 days. We visited Shoshone Falls, went swimming at 1000 Springs Resort, went shopping with Christine and Mom, listened to conference, ate a lot of food, etc. We were surprised to find Kempton and Bonnie also in town to visit for a few days so we had a mini Cox reunion, it was so nice to see everyone!

Kimball lost a lot of teeth, a few being pulled by slamming the front door and a few being pulled by the dentist.

I love this picture of Ezra - he always has awesome bed head. But what you can't see is the little tiny Playmobil puppy. Whenever he sees an animal he has to cuddle it to his cheeks, even if it's a tiny plastic one he'll put it up to his cheek. During spring break he did the same thing at Grandma's house and wanted Hannah to be cuddled too, so he always held the plastic animals up to her cheek, haha.
For Easter we had a few egg hunts, one with our new neighbors and one with old friends. Ezra didn't care to find the eggs, he just wanted to eat the candy.

I love this picture of Kimball, mostly because I can blackmail him with that pose when he's a teenager.

 Happy Easter!
This was Kimball's 1st grade concert. Unfortunately Lance missed it but Kimball did a great job!

Lance was able to attend Kempton's graduation from BYU. I mean, it's only been forever that they've been stuck in that tiny apartment in Provo with no school breaks. He graduated with his doctorate degree and two masters (and a handful of others that I can't seem to get straight).
