This day was the highly anticipated moment of Kempton being sworn in as a foreign officer a the Department of State building. There were 71 people in total who were sworn in that day and the ceremony itself lasted 14 minutes. The two head honchos even quoted President Monson in their speeches about integrity that it is better to choose the harder right instead of the easier wrong. WAY TO GO KEMPTON AND BONNIE!!!!!
