Mom and Trish taught me how to can applesauce yesterday. It took all day and we got four boxes done which was about 90 pounds of apples. We were all a sticky mess but it was fun.
The goods: applesauce and apple juice. According to Trish's kids, the "pink applesauce" is the best! And boy, it was so delicious. I'd have to agree with her boys.
